Declarations of Interest Public Register

We are ‘clustering’ with NHS Dorset ICB, and NHS Bath and North East Somerset, Swindon and Wiltshire (BSW) ICB as an interim step ahead of a proposed merger by April 2027. Clustering means that we will operate as far as we can as a single organisation but remain as three statutory bodies until we formally merge. The leadership presented is reflective of the NHS Somerset ICB Board and executive team during the reporting period, notwithstanding a Very Senior Managers appointment process whereby some executives have been appointed into roles covering the wider cluster.

As NHS Somerset ICB is clustering with NHS Bath and North East Somerset, Swindon and Wiltshire ICB and NHS Dorset ICB, with formal merging due April 2027. Here are links for these ICBs for their declarations of interests.
