National industrial action

Resident doctors in England will strike from 7am Monday 15 June, ending at 7am on Friday 19 June.The NHS in Somerset is working hard to keep services running and people safe during periods of planned industrial action.
Anyone who has a planned appointment dates when industrial action is taking place should continue to attend as normal. Please do not call to check if your appointment is going ahead. You will be contacted directly by the NHS if your appointment needs to be rearranged.

Your local community pharmacies are open for face to face advice on minor injuries and illnesses. Find an open pharmacy near you

If you have a non-life threatening injury or illness and need local care with shorter waiting times and free parking, you can get help at your nearest urgent treatment centre.
