Personalised Care

Personalised Care Branding Engagement
In Somerset we have been looking at how we can create an approach to personalised care which inspires, motivates, and provides everyone with a sense of connection – something which means something to everyone and provides a sense of unity. It starts with getting back to the basics. What matters to people. What matters to you.
As part of this approach, we have been keen to develop branding - a personalised care design and logo which people to feel they can connect with. In June, we tested four designs with people across Somerset in an online survey. The survey link was shared through engagement networks, on our websites, in bulletins and newsletters and ICS partners were asked to circulate the survey link.
Personalised Care Online Survey Results - You Said, We Did
Thank you to everyone who participated in our recent survey to choose a new logo for personalised care. We received 89 responses, and your feedback has been invaluable in guiding our next steps. Here's what we learned and how we plan to act on your insights:
You Said:
• "What Matters to You" Resonates
Many of you emphasised how important the message of "What matters to you" is. This theme resonated deeply, highlighting its significance in shaping our system approach,
• Images Were Too Small
A number of respondents mentioned that the images in the survey were too small, making it difficult to view and evaluate the logo options effectively. We recognize that clear visuals are essential for gathering meaningful feedback.
We Did:
• Emphasising "What Matters to You"
In response to your feedback, we are committed to ensuring that "What matters to you" remains at the forefront of our personalised care approach. This message will be central in our communications and service delivery, guiding how we engage with individuals and communities.
• Improved Visual Presentation
We are taking steps to enhance the presentation of visual materials in future surveys and communications. This includes providing larger and clearer images to ensure that everyone can easily see and engage with the content.
• Commitment to Collaboration
We are dedicated to working closely with people and communities to make personalised care a reality. Your feedback has reinforced the importance of this collaboration, and we are committed to ongoing dialogue and partnership to ensure our services truly reflect the needs and values of those we serve.
Next Steps:
• Logo design
We have incorporated your feedback into the final logo design, focusing on clarity and meaningful representation of the message "What matters to you."
• Ongoing Engagement
We will continue to engage with our community through surveys, focus groups, and other feedback mechanisms. Your voices are vital in shaping the future of personalised care.
Thank you once again for your participation and insights. Together, we can create a personalised care experience that truly reflects and respects what matters to you
