Grahame Paine – Non Executive Director

Grahame is an experienced Non-Executive Director with a proven track record of success having influenced high-level strategies that drive change across a range of complex business landscapes. 

His combined commercial acumen and strong interpersonal skills supporting businesses and improve board performance is an asset to the board of NHS Somerset.  

He is also a recognised facilitator and trusted collaborator; skilled at forging strategic partnerships with stakeholders and identifying areas of continuous improvement.

Grahame has worked as an independent leader in a variety of senior roles across central government, higher education, and financial services.

Currently he undertakes several Board trustee roles within Somerset, gaining a strong understanding of the voluntary sector within our county. Grahame chairs the NHS Somerset Audit Committee
