Somerset Maternity Voices Partnership

The Somerset Maternity Voices Partnership (MVP) is an initiative that came from the recommendations of Better Births. The aim of the MVP is to ensure that the voices of people who have used or are using the maternity services in Somerset are heard by NHS Somerset and the providers it commissions.

NHS Somerset provides facilitation and financial support for the group, but it is very much run by the public, and NHS Somerset only attends meetings by invitation. You can find out more on their web page.
